Freedom was growing up fast, with an extended offer, new markets, new audiences, new people and new locations, which meant a brand review and refresh was top of the agenda.
A values project got the ball rolling, along with a review and development of the brand strategy. Next on the list was creating visual expression of the brand, promotional planning, a new website and customer portal, a self service and UX strategy to address critical gaps that needed urgent attention.
As well as projecting a fresh and sophisticated image Freedom now has the plans, collateral, digital assets, language and messages to make a more confident and assertive statement about their positioning and now look like a leading, contemporary and vibrant brand.
