After undertaking a major business and brand redevelopment, we created an employer brand as a way to re-engage staff.

The development of the employer brand challenge, 'Be our difference', led the charge and became a call to action for staff to work together, raise performance and identify with a brand that represented a secure, challenging, vibrant environment, where people love to work.

Brand values were brought to life by translating the behaviours into visual ‘take outs’, a new website communicated the proposition to new recruits, communication programmes focused on education and engagement, while the employer brand recruited the best and addressed induction, performance reviews and training.
