The Role

As an Intermediate Designer and Social Media Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Concept and Design: Create engaging visuals and layouts for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and brand collateral.
Content Creation: Write and craft engaging captions, stories and micro-copy that resonate with diverse audiences.
Platform Mastery: Utilise your extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok (and more) to optimise posts, scheduling, and paid promotions.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyse performance metrics to continually enhance content and engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with strategists, designers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation and brand consistency.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
3+ years in a design and social-media role, ideally in an agency environment.
Technical Skills:
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Proficiency with social-media management tools.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Comfortable with basic data analysis and reporting.
Personal Qualities
Open-minded, empathetic, collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
Socially and environmentally aware, with a genuine curiosity about people and culture.
Can simplify complex problems to produce clear, impactful work.
Knowledge of tikanga Māori, or a commitment to learn and incorporate te ao Māori perspectives.
