After undertaking a major business and brand redevelopment, we created the Lumley Insurance Employer Brand to increase employee engagement, recruit and retain the best talent and to drive employee advocacy.

The development of the Employee Value Proposition, 'Be Our Difference', became a call to action for employees to work together, raise performance and helped them to identify with a brand and company culture that represented a secure, challenging, diverse and vibrant work environment, where people love to work.

Internal communications brought the Lumley brand values to life by translating the behaviours into visual ‘take outs’, a new careers website communicated the Employer Brand Value Proposition to new recruits, communication programmes focused on education and employee engagement, while the Employer Brand recruited the best candidates and addressed induction, employee performance reviews and employee training.
