Mitre 10’s culture video is designed to dispel preconceptions and stereotypes about people, jobs and roles at Mitre 10.

The treatment was predicated on two scenes for each scenario – one showing everyday people telling their stories about life outside work and the second revealing how they bring that story into the work environment.

Each scenario addressed one of the brand strategy thematic pillars - learning and teaching, belonging for more – your place, your people, living for tomorrow, family and family history and free to be you/dream big.
